For some reason, people have been flocking to Tonic on Thursdays to get things going, which seems to be fine for everyone involved. A lot of clubs fall into a formulaic trap, but Tonic manages to bypass a lot of that nonsense with a vibe and decor that really led the way for a lot of other dance-heavy night spots to follow suit. With three levels, there's plenty of room to find what you want in the form of drink and dance. The lower lever has a low-slung ceiling and a cavernous feel, with assorted furniture for kicking back. The main floor sports a huge dance area, with a lounge area toward the rear.
